Is it free to create a story?
You can preview any template for free. Publishing and sharing requires a one-time payment — no subscriptions.
Do my guests need an account to view?
No. Anyone with the link can view your story on any device — no app download or sign-up required.
What kind of stories can I create?
Birthday cards, anniversary stories, wedding invitations, holiday greetings, graduation tributes, and more. Each comes with hand-crafted templates.
Can I edit my story after publishing?
Yes! You have a 48-hour edit window after publishing to make changes to photos, text, and captions.
How long do stories stay online?
Published stories stay online indefinitely until you delete them. You can always manage them from your dashboard.
What formats are supported for photos?
JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10 MB each. We optimise them automatically for fast loading on all devices.
Can I get a refund after paying?
The invitation is personalised digital content supplied immediately after payment. Before paying, you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once activation starts, under Art. 16(1)(m) of OUG 34/2014. We do not refund change of mind, event cancellation or data you approved in preview. Mandatory conformity remedies remain available for platform defects, including repair and, where the law requires, price reduction or termination and reimbursement.
Is my personal data protected?
Yes. We comply with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and handle your data responsibly. We collect only what's needed to deliver the service, never sell your data to third parties, use SSL/TLS encryption, and process payments via a PCI-DSS certified gateway (we never store card details). You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
What about cookies?
We use essential cookies/local storage for authentication, language and remembering your choice. Optional first-party analytics is activated only with consent. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your preference from Cookie Settings in the footer.
